If so, then follow these simple steps to get started:

STEP 1
Save a copy of the Threshold Performance Training Athlete Questionnaire to your desktop. This questionnaire provides Threshold Performance Training with details on your goals, background, current fitness level and time constraints and allows me to create a training program that is personally tailored to your needs.

STEP 2
Give me a call. We will chat about your training expectations and see if we can find a good coach - athlete fit.

STEP 3
Fill out the interactive PDf questionnaire and email to:
